Is UEFA on the mailing list of EU?

Today is exactly a month before the postponed European Football Championship, which was supposed to take place last year, begins. No, it's not a mistake to write about it on the pages of culture, because the conceptual artist Andrej Đerković on this very day, is launching a very important artistic message with name “Moment of silence”:

 

"Exactly one month before the start of the final tournament of the European Football Championship - Europe 2021 (originally 2020), we come to one detail that leaves a bitter feeling. The final match of the tournament, which will take place at the cult London Wembley, according to a one-year postponement due to the Covid-19 pandemic, will be played on July 11. On January 15, 2009, the European Parliament in Strasbourg adopted a resolution officially declaring July 11 in the European Union as a day of remembrance for the victims of the Srebrenica massacre. The joint text of the resolution states that the European Parliament invites the European Commission and the Council of the European Union, as well as the governments of the member states, to mark the anniversary of the genocide in Srebrenica in an appropriate manner. Is UEFA on the European Parliament's mailing list?"
